Today is the leap year, only 4 years 1 time. Those lucky people celebrating their birthdays would feel special. Their age are also unique too, every 4 years is equals to 1 year old. They would always feel young. As for most of us, every 1 year is equals to 1 years old. To me, leap year is just another normal and ordinary day, nothing special, nothing unique, it just adding a day to the usual 365 days.

When is the next leap year, it would be 4 years away.Haha.
