This few days I had not been myself. Especially today during the first lesson, I cut my thumb without even knowing it and in the end the lower part of my shirt is stained with blood....

I seems to be lost somehow. Maybe that someone can lead me out to the end of the tunnel hopefully. My whole body and emotions need some repair I suppose.
